Most activation problems, fixed

  • "Seat limit" - the key is active on every computer it covers. Sign an old one out from Your licences, then activate again.
  • "Invalid" - copy the key again from the email; dashes and capitals don't matter, missing characters do.
  • "Revoked" - the purchase was refunded or disputed. Write to us if that's a surprise.
  • No connection - activation needs the internet once. After that it works offline.

Sign in with the email you bought with - the key is on Your licences. Never set a password? Use "forgot password" with that address.
