Refund Policy

If it doesn't work for you, you shouldn't pay for it.

Within 14 days - no questions

Ask within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund. Write to support at aicastcohost dot com from the address you bought with, or use the support form. It would help to know what went wrong - usually a graphics card the voice models don't fit on - but you don't have to say.

After that

We look at every request individually. If something we promised on this site doesn't work and we can't fix it, you'll get your money back.

What happens to the licence

A refund revokes the licence key. The app is an offline-first program, so it learns this the next time each computer renews its activation - which for a computer that stays offline can take up to about four months. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise an instant switch-off we can't deliver. Your own shows and settings on your PC are never touched.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first - a refund is quicker for you than a dispute. A chargeback also revokes the licence while it is open, and restores it if it is decided in our favour.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
