What you get when you buy AI Cast Co-host, and the few rules that come with it.

Who you are buying from

AI Cast Co-host is made by [legal entity]. Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying or using the software you agree to these terms.

The licence

A purchase gets you a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use AI Cast Co-host on up to 2 computers at a time - the number is part of your licence key. "Perpetual" means the licence does not expire and there is no subscription. You may use it for commercial streams and podcasts.

You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself.

Your purchase includes 1 year of updates and support, counted from the date of purchase. After that the licence keeps working with the version you have; further updates and support may be offered separately. Nothing in these terms obliges us to provide any particular update.

Activation and devices

Each computer is activated once over the internet and then works offline. While online, the app occasionally renews its activation in the background. If a computer cannot reach the activation service for a long time it shows a reminder, and only after roughly four months without any connection does it ask to be reconnected before continuing. Your own data - your shows and settings - always stays readable, whatever state the licence is in.

What you may not do

  • Share, sell or publish your licence key, or use it on more computers than it covers.
  • Work around, disable or tamper with the licence check.
  • Resell or sublicense the software.
  • Use it to break the law or the rules of the platforms you stream on.

Third-party services

The app can connect to services we do not run: TikTok (your LIVE chat is read from TikTok's own page, in a Chrome window you sign in to, since TikTok offers no official chat API), language-model providers you choose to use with your own subscription, and the model downloads it fetches on first run. Those services have their own terms, may change without notice, and can stop working with the app until an update is released. Open-source components are used under their own licences.

Your content and your stream

What you and the co-host say is yours, and your responsibility on air. The co-host is an AI model and can be wrong, off-topic or say something you would not - you are the host, and you decide what goes out on your stream.

Refunds and revocation

See the refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase has its licence revoked, which takes effect the next time each computer renews its activation.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the software or this site is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
